I recently stayed here for a few nights and the staff were just awesome! One girl, Shay, went above and beyond for me. The breakfast lady was super nice and always checking if I needed anything. Only downside was that the hallways could use a bit of a refresh. Rooms were comfy and clean though!

Management needs to allow cleaning staff more time for thorough cleaning!!! Uninformed pool hours are impractical for families!!! Overwhelming trash cans outside detract from the overall appearance!!!

The staff made our stay so pleasant, especially a sweet lady at the front desk who resolved our room mix-up. Super clean room and comfy beds! Only downside was the pool hours, tough to enjoy with kids in the morning. 🏊‍♀️

Couple Need A Good Place

Cyrus and the team really know how to take care of you! The breakfast lady, personally bringing us plates Those cinnamon rolls,, they should be illegal, completely addictive.

It wasn't exactly cheap,,, but given the service, I'm okay with that.

The lobby was beautifully updated and very welcoming, with ample seating and excellent accessibility features that made moving around easy and comfortable for my senior friends and me. The bright, cheerful decor added to the pleasant atmosphere.

More assistance with luggage handling would be appreciated.

The bathroom could've used a bit more scrubbin', and the ice machine on the 2nd floor was taking a nap. Despite that, we still enjoyed our stay without a hitch!

the stay at holiday inn express & suites, louisville n, jeffersonville was great! the staff treated us like old friends, especially cyrus and claudia. the breakfast was amazing, and the pool area exceeded my expectations. our room was very comfortable and well lit, making it a perfect place to relax.
